Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
This policy explains when wallet deposits, tournament entry fees, or other payments made through ArenaWar are eligible for refunds. It applies to all transactions completed on arenawar.in, our Android/iOS applications, or any official payment gateway links shared by ArenaWar.
2. Wallet Deposits
- Funds added to the wallet remain available for tournaments, in-app purchases, or withdrawals (where permitted).
- Refunds for wallet deposits are only processed if the transaction is proven to be duplicate, unauthorized, or debited without balance credit.
- Requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the transaction along with payment proof.
3. Tournament Entry Fees
- If ArenaWar cancels a tournament or cannot allocate a confirmed slot, the entry fee is automatically returned to the user’s wallet.
- Once a tournament match has begun, the entry fee becomes non-refundable, even if the participant fails to join on time.
- In case of technical outages caused by ArenaWar infrastructure before the start of a match, we may reschedule or issue wallet credits at our discretion.
4. Withdrawals & Chargebacks
- Withdrawal requests can be cancelled by the user while they remain in “pending” status; once approved and processed, cancellations are not possible.
- If a user raises a chargeback/dispute with their bank or payment provider, the corresponding wallet amount will be frozen until the investigation concludes.
5. Refund Workflow
- Submit a help ticket at pyncore@gmail.com with transaction ID, date, and reason.
- Support verifies the payment with our gateway and banking partners.
- If approved, refunds are routed to the original payment method or ArenaWar wallet within 5–7 working days.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer. We will share UTR/ARN references once funds are released.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
- User error (incorrect amount, wrong UPI ID, accidental duplicate tournament registration without proof).
- Accounts banned for violating Terms & Conditions, cheating, or policy breaches.
- Payments made to unofficial links, personal wallets, or impostor accounts.

If a concern remains unresolved for more than 10 working days, escalate with subject line “Refund Escalation <Transaction ID>”.
8. Policy Updates
ArenaWar reserves the right to revise this policy to comply with banking or regulatory instructions. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
